Leaders actively plan and execute hub activities, dedicating about 2–4 hours per month.
Oversees the entire hub, sets the vision, and leads all activities and projects.
Supports the President, assists with recruitment, and helps manage events.
Maintains records, tracks plans, and communicates updates to members.
Handles budgeting, fundraising, and financial management.
Guides research projects, ensuring quality and alignment with hub goals.
Manages publicity, social media, and promotes the hub’s initiatives.
Who: Students who want to participate in events, workshops, hackathons, and projects.
What: Engage in learning, collaborate with peers, and contribute to hub initiatives at your own pace.
Commitment: Flexible participation—typically 1–2 hours per month depending on your availability and interest.
Fee: Some hubs may ask for a small membership fee or volunteer service to support activities, but core participation is free.
